45 Hospitalised in CO2 Pipeline disaster. Just how safe can it be?

When the Carbon Capture pipeline ruptured in Satartia, Mississippi it put 45 people in the hospital. Almost three years later the more seriously affected are still suffering.

Children and adults lost consciousness and motor vehicles came to a halt as their engines stopped. Click here to hear the story in the victim's own words. The incident raises many points for Theddlethorpe. Will the emergency services be equipped with Breating Apparatus and electric vehicles that don't need oxygen to keep moving? Will the visitors in caravans be given evacuation instructions?

It doesn't even do that. They can only capture a small percentage of the CO2 and the energy used to do that cancels out any benefit. You would capture more by planting trees along the proposed route of the pipeline.
